SHOPPING
How do I place an order?
You can place an order through our secure shopping cart, using
a major credit card, or you can call us and place an order over
the phone. We can be reached at 415.771.5471.
When you place your order you must select from all available
customization options before your item will placed in your shopping
cart. Some of our items are unique in nature and therefore have
limited availability. We may have restricted ordering capabilities
on these items and we ask that you email us to check availability.
We apologize in advance if the item you're interested in is
no longer available.
How long does
it take to receive an order?
All of our jewelry is hand made by highly trained artisans in
the San Francisco Bay area. Many of our items ship
within 5 business days; however, shipping may take as long as 14 days.

How do I redeem
a gift certificate?
Gift certificates are available for purchase in both paper form
and in "virtual" eGift Certificate form. Gift certificates
can be redeemed on the web site or in a "Cocktails &
Jewelry" showcase for up to one year after purchase. To
redeem a gift certificate on the website just enter the gift
certificate code upon check-out. You may enter multiple gift
certificate codes as payment towards one order.

How do I redeem
a coupon?
Coupons can be redeemed online or in a "Cocktails &
Jewelry" showcase, depending upon on the terms of the coupon.
If redeeming online, enter your coupon code upon check-out.
Please note, only one coupon code can be applied to an order.
What payment
methods do you accept?
You can purchase items through our secure shopping cart using
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Dasha Boutique paper
gift certificates or eGift Certificates.

Do I have to
pay sales tax?
All orders shipped to a California address will be charged 8.75%
sales tax. Orders shipped outside the United States are not

What if the item I purchased goes on sale at a later date?
We will issue a price adjustment if the original purchase is
within seven days of the item going on sale. Special offers
and coupons cannot be applied retroactively to an order. Sorry,
but we will not offer retroactive credits for items offered
on promotion in our "Cocktails & Jewelry" showcases.

What is your
privacy policy?
We do not sell information to anyone. Period. We will utilize
third party email management sources, such as Constant Contact
and Got Marketing, to deliver emails to those who have requested
to receive emails from us. For those requesting to be notified
of a Cocktails & jewelry showcases we may utilize Evite.

SHIPPING
How do you ship orders?
Many items ship within
5 business days after the order is placed; however, some shipping may require up to 14 days for some handmade items. We ship all orders through the United States Post Office, with
signature confirmation. Options include Priority
Mail (2-3 day delivery) and Express Mail (overnight). Please
note, once a package is signed for, we can no longer accept
responsibility for delivery.

Why do you ship
with Signature Confirmation?
All packages shipped require a signature upon delivery. This
is to ensure safe delivery of your customized jewelry and to
help us track a package should we need to locate its whereabouts.

Do you ship to
Hawaii, Alaska, Canada and International Destinations?
Dasha Boutique services the world. Shipping to international
destinations is via Global Priority Mail. Time in transit depends on country location but
generally averages five to ten days. Please note
we reserve the right to refuse shipment at our discretion.

RETURNS/
EXCHANGES/ REPAIRS What is your return
policy?
Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, in the original,
unused condition. You must first email Dasha Boutique at orders@dashaboutique.com
to obtain a return authorization number. Please include a copy
of your invoice or packing slip with your return. We will process
your return promptly, although it may take one to two billing
cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
Your refund will be processed to the same credit card used to
make your purchase.
Sorry, shipping fees are not refundable. In addition, no refunds
or exchanges are provided for special or custom orders on items
not sold on our website.

What if I want
to exchange my item?
Exchanges are handled just like returns. Please notify us within
14 days of receipt that you would like to exchange your item.
We'll issue you an authorization number as well as place an
order for the new item. Any difference in the purchase amount
will be charged/ credited accordingly. Once the exchanged item
is received, we'll ship the new item. Please note, shipping
fees are not refundable on exchange items.

Please be sure to send your jewelry in a BOX for safe keeping
during transit. Please also INSURE your package, as we cannot
accept responsibility until your items are returned to our studio.

What if my item
needs to be repaired?
We hope you'll never need a repair. However, in the unlikely
event you do, we are happy to repair your item free of charge
for up to 90 days after purchase. Please note, as our merchandise
changes often, some gemstones may not be available for repair,
in which case we will make every attempt to find something similar.
We will notify you if this is the case.

Can I buy a single
earring to replace the one I've lost?
This one we hear occasionally and we certainly want to help
if we can. If possible we will replace a single earring, for
half the original price of the pair. Please email us at orders@dashaboutique.com
and we will follow-up with you. In some cases you may need to
send us your one earring so that we can match the gemstone.
Please note, as our merchandise changes often, we may not be
able to find a stone that matches your earring and thus it is
possible we may not be able to sell you a replacement. We do
apologize in advance if this is the case.

What if I want
to change an item or place a special order?
We aim to please. Many of our items can be adjusted in length
at no additional charge. Most items are also available in sterling
silver, 14kt gold fill, 14kt gold and 18kt gold. With respect
to earrings, on most styles you can choose to have your earrings
hang on leaver backs (which close behind the ear), ear posts
or on ear wires. Please see our section "Customize"
for more information.
Special orders are for items not offered on our website. We
maintain an extensive stock of gemstones, components and sterling/
gold wires. If you would like to have a piece specially made

What gift wrap/box services do you offer?
All of our items arrive in stylish little packages, complete
with satin ribbons and white gauze bags. Need a gift card?
We are happy to enclose one for you, free of charge. Just
indicate your message on checkout and we'll package it with
a bow on our handmade artisan paper.
